What jumping castle hire actually costs on the Gold Coast in 2026

If you have three or four quotes open in different tabs right now, you are doing exactly what most parents do. The trouble is that the numbers rarely line up. One quote looks cheap until you scroll down and find delivery listed separately. Another looks dearer but seems to include everything. It is hard to tell what you are actually comparing.

So here is our pricing, written out plainly, along with what sits behind each number. We hire luxury white jumping castles on the Gold Coast, and we would rather you knew the full cost before you commit than be surprised on the day.

Everything below is current for 2026. If you are planning a party in Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Redland or Tweed Heads, the same pricing applies, with one small note about distance that we cover further down.

The actual prices for 2026

Our jumping castle with a slide is $440. That is the one most families book, and it suits a broad age range because the kids can bounce, climb and slide without needing a turn-taking system.

The jumping castle with ball pit balls is $469. It is the same idea with a pit of balls added, which tends to draw in the younger siblings who are not quite confident on a slide yet.

The jumping castle with a water slide is $499. That is the summer option, and on a hot Gold Coast afternoon it earns its keep.

The Bouncy Bubble Igloo is $380. It is a clear dome rather than a traditional castle, so it photographs beautifully and works well for smaller yards and younger children.

If you want to dress the space up, a balloon garland is $99 and backdrops with plinths start at $350. Those are optional. Plenty of families book a jumping castle on its own and leave the styling to a few streamers and a cake table.

What is included in that number

Delivery, setup and pack down are always included in the prices above. We turn up before your start time, set the castle up properly, check it over, and come back at the end to take it all away. You do not need to lift anything, peg anything or work out how the blower connects.

This matters more than it sounds. When delivery and setup are quoted separately, the headline price stops being a useful comparison tool. You end up doing arithmetic on your phone at nine at night trying to work out which quote is genuinely cheaper. We would rather give you one number and stand behind it.

It also means the person setting up your jumping castle is not rushing to a second job with a trailer full of gear. Setup done carefully is safer, tidier and honestly just looks better in the photos.

How long you get the castle for

A typical booking runs about four to six hours. That covers the party itself plus the buffer either side, because parties never start exactly when the invitation says and nobody wants to be hurrying children off a jumping castle while grandparents are still finishing their cake.

We work around your timing rather than the other way around. Tell us when the party starts and when you would like the yard back, and we will build the delivery and pack down around that. Most families find the natural rhythm sorts itself out once the castle is up.

If your event runs longer or shorter than usual, just say so when you enquire. It is much easier to plan around than to adjust on the day.

What the deposit does

We ask for a small deposit and it holds your date. Once it is paid, that castle is yours for that day and it comes off the balance, so it is not an extra cost sitting on top of the price.

Saturdays in spring and summer book out first, and school holiday weekends go quickly too. If you have a date in mind, securing it early is the single easiest way to avoid a scramble. There is nothing worse than settling on a theme and a guest list and then discovering the castle you wanted is already spoken for.

The rest is settled around your booking, and we will confirm the details with you in writing so there is no guesswork about what is arriving or when.

What changes the price

Four things move the number. The first is which castle you choose, which you can see in the list above. The second is water, because the water slide unit sits at the top of the range. The third is add-ons like the balloon garland or a backdrop, which are entirely your call. The fourth is distance.

Delivery is included right across the Gold Coast. If your venue is more than about forty five minutes away, there may be a small delivery fee, and we will tell you what it is when you enquire rather than adding it later. Bookings in Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Redland and Tweed Heads are very welcome, and we will simply be upfront about travel if it applies.

Beyond those four things, the price does not creep. There is no separate charge for setting up, no charge for pack down and no weekend loading.

The practical bits that affect your day

A few site details are worth thinking about early, because sorting them out beforehand keeps the day smooth and costs you nothing.

The jumping castle with a slide is six metres long, four metres wide and three point six metres high, so it needs a reasonably generous space. The Bouncy Bubble Igloo has a smaller footprint at four and a half metres by three metres, which makes it a good fit for compact backyards and courtyards.

We need a power point within twenty metres that is not shared with anything heavy. If you are hiring for a park with no power available, that is completely fine as long as you let us know early so we can plan for it.

Flat grass is ideal, though other flat surfaces work well too. For access we need roughly a metre of clear width and not more than a few steps to get the equipment through. If you are unsure, a quick photo of the side gate answers the question in seconds.

Councils and venues often have their own paperwork and requirements. That is our job, not yours. Tell us where the party is and we will handle what needs handling.
